About CHM Industries

CHM Industries is located a few minutes north of Fort Worth in Saginaw Texas. Our 7 acre, 60,000 sqft facility was built with growth in mind, allowing the inventory and resources to produce large orders while maintaining short lead times.

Within the enclosed portion of our production facility, we not only produce our regular production line, but also build and refine new products like the neighborhood system pictured here.

This picture shown below is the main portion of our production facility. Directly ahead you can see where our electrical specialists store and produce the electrical side of our product. To the right in the background you can see our stock of ‘blank’ rings awaiting final machining here in our facility.

Rings begin initial machine work in this section of the plant. After this part of manufacture, final touches are applied and assembly in the lowering device units begins.

The ‘back yard’ is where our blank pole stock is stored awaiting manufacture and also where the pole build is carried out.

Our trained and certified welders run our poles to order specifications and send the poles off to the top quality treatment facilities (galvanizing, powder coating, etc) we have developed relationships with. Quality is important to CHM Industries, and we have chosen our production partners not only for their short lead times but also their quality of product and attention to detail as you can see. We keep a large inventory of ‘blank’ poles in preparation of your order, again to lower our lead times.

We keep this internal drive SportsStar unit in our yard for demonstration purposes. A sample of stub base construction is shown; direct imbed, anchor base and pin base support is also used.

Here are two images of our wiring and aiming facilities. Here fixtures are preinstalled and aimed to lower the installation time at your job site. Our technicians work hard to produce the best product possible and have a series of quality checks to insure that the best product is delivered to your jobsite.
